From 2001 until recently Bernard was responsible for the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Whole Life Cost (WLC) management tools and processes for Volvo Cars. During successive model introductions over a 7 year period, he developed and enhanced the process to provide industry-leading and comprehensive pre-production briefings for the leasing industry.
